I have been seeing Steph Jay for massage for a long time and each time the experience is relaxing, therapeutic and just what I need. The space is warm and inviting. Steph is very intentional. The consultation is just as thorough as the massage. I always leave feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. I am unnecessarily picky about massages and I have never seen anyone who does a better job than Steph.

I enjoyed the ambiance in the room. I felt very relaxed and comfortable before during and after the massage. She genuinely seemed to care and want to understand my reasoning for getting a massage. The massage relieved my headache that I had. All in all a fantastic experience and I will be back again!

Her intuition and musical ability have abled her to provide much more than body work. I have experienced “regular”massage, Thai massage, sound healing through singing bowls, drumming, and her amazing meditations. The cherry on top is how comfortable I was the entire time and how well she listens to what you need!

Stephanie is a miracle worker. I always leave feeling like I am floating. I have had quite a few massages over the years and I can honestly say that Steph is by far the best. Whenever I go in for a full body massage she makes sure to massage the whole body thoroughly, including the head/face which I appreciate tremendously!! :) Her knowledge and skills are phenomenal. She is clearly very passionate about her work. I will definitely be a forever client. Highly recommend!
